Hi dear,

My name is Mitali shah. I have been working with an international BPO since last 2 years. Presently i am working as a Team Leader. I am getting handful salary of 25,000 INR per month. I Have completed my B.E in Computer Science.

Currently i am quite satisfy with my current Job. I don't know about future. This industry shrinkage rate always makes me trouble to achieve my goal. Am i in the right Industry? Do i need any extra effort to make my future bright? Can anybody help me out from this puzzle?
