In the competitive market of insurance, it's rather difficult to attract talents to join this industry as agents' revenues are largely based on commission, the more clients you have, the more commissions you will receive every month. Your salary is totally depends on your clients' premiums. As a result, people are afraid of having no customer, say for example, during a month and they will receive only the basic monthly allowance which is a very small amount.
My question is how to attract more talents/qualified applicant to join this industry? As you aware that almost every insurance company offers the similar compensation package for applicants, how can I outperform the other competitors to recruit more applicants?
It's a good question. If you want to recruit talent agents then you need to maximize your friend circle and personal market. Of course, its depend upon your talent, how you will motivate them. Its purely a commission base job, so motivation is most important than recruiting new agents.
